Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 oz pork sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Set aside.
