  • 6 oz pork chop
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
