- 6 oz beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a skillet. Stir-fry beef with salt and pepper for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
