Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
Instructions
- Pour the blueberries and milk into the blender to avoid the ingredients sticking at the bottom of the blender.
- Next, throw in the avocado, cacao powder, chia seeds, coconut oil and the protein powder.
- Turn the blender on, starting at a low speed and increase as needed.
