
Sausage and Spinach Scramble
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 oz pork sausage crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned (5-6 minutes).
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, add to skillet with spinach, and scramble until set (3-4 minutes).
- Serve warm.
