
Bacon and Egg Macadamia Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 slices bacon 28g
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter.
- Cook bacon until crispy, chop into bits.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, stir in bacon and macadamia nuts.
- Pour into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
