Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 slices bacon 28g
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, chop into bits.
  • Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, stir in bacon and macadamia nuts.
  • Pour into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
